Apartments are located in the central areas of
Seoul. The apartments are shared with other models from the same
agency. The number of models sharing one apartment will depend upon the
size of the apartment. Local convenience
stores offer the same goods as a 7-11 and small grocery stores similar
to supermarkets are also nearby.
All apartments have elevators and trash facilities.
There are mail facilities, but it is better to send
all mail and packages to the agency address and the model will receive
the mail from the agency.

The living room area of the apartments have a TV, VCR and a radio.
The TV and radio both receive English programming. Artwork
are reading materials are usually what is left from previous models. Airconditioning and heating is standard.
Most apartments are floored in Western fashion. |

The kitchen have all the needed appliances, utensils,
dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc. The
water is clean and safe.
Models are able to prepare entire meals with no problem, the same as
they would at home in their own country. Yes, pizza delivery is available. | |
| Each model has their own bed. The bedrooms of the apartments all have Western style beds.
Bedding is also provided, though most models prefer to take their own
sheets and pillowcase.
Their are also small chests of drawers and closets, a small ironing
board and an iron. Hotels have the standard closets and close racks in
addition. |

The bathrooms of the apartments and hotel are normal Western style toilets and
normal shower and bath facilities.
